I am the founder and principal consultant of Salus Assurance, established in 2022 after a 30‑year career in the UK public sector operating at strategic and executive levels. My work has taken me across the UK, leading responses to critical and major incidents in demanding, high‑stakes environments.

 

Today, I support defence‑sector delivery teams with clear, actionable assurance across security, resilience, and risk management. My focus is helping organisations strengthen decision‑making, meet regulatory and stakeholder expectations, and deliver complex programmes with confidence. I also serve on the Professional Assessment Board for an international security diploma programme, contributing to the development of future security leaders.
