Marc is the founder of Salus Assurance, established in 2022 following a 30-year career at strategic and executive levels within the UK public sector. Throughout his tenure, he led the response to critical and major incidents nationwide, shaping national resilience frameworks and operational protocols. His expertise is underpinned by an MSc in Critical and Major Incident Psychology, and he is professionally recognised as a Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP) by the International Security Management Institute (ISMI) and as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) by ASIS International. He is currently working with a number of delivery teams in the defence sector advising on all aspects of security, resilience and risk management.
